Component quality and consistency
Made up of 100% recyclable insulation protected from moistureensuring trusted quality to protect every payload and patient.
Made up of unprotected recyclable insulation at risk of moisture potentially at risk of degradation increasing risk of excursion and delay.
Complexity handling and refilling dry ice
The product includes a dry ice bunker to simplify filling and access to valuable payload product quickly with minimal training.
Dry ice is usually filled to the top and not contained resulting in an inconsistent end user experience particularly during short shipments where excess dry ice removal is needed to access payload product.
Rising freight and storage costs
Smaller box size, light-weight and can be supplied flat packed reduces transport emissions and warehouse footprint.
Larger box size and supplied fully assembled significantly increases transport emissions, warehouse footprint and storage costs.
Lower CO2 footprint and landfill usage
One paper recycling process reduces CO2 emissions at both ends of the product lifecycle helping to simplify the disposal process for the end user.
Some require complex recycling methods or specific drop-off points to recycle packaging adding more friction to the disposal process likely ending up in landfill or travelling long distances to specialist recycling sites.
